Additional things to note:

• Currently, there is construction nearby: slightly noisy during the day & very quiet at night.
• 1 CCTV is installed at the villa entrance.
• Standard check-in time is 3 PM, & check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible based on availability.
• Bali’s tropical environment means occasional visits from insects, frogs, & geckos despite regular pest control. These are harmless & part of the island’s ecosystem.
• To avoid the hassle & potential overcharging by airport taxis, we offer a complimentary one-way airport pick-up service to the villa. This applies to airport arrivals only & cannot be substituted for other transportation.
• Due to Bali’s tropical climate & humidity, some peeling paint may occur over time. We regularly maintain & repaint as needed, but a bit of natural wear is sometimes unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding!
